If you received a damaged or incorrect item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item we will send a replacement of the same exact (or correct) size and style at no charge. A photo of the damage or incorrect item is needed and can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our facility, in order to ensure that our products are made to the highest quality standard.
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of purchase. We do not accept returns for Alo store purchases or 3rd party retailers.
- HOW TO RETURN
- To initiate a return, sign in to your account and click “Return” OR visit our Return Portal here.
- Enter your order number* and email to start the returns request.
- Select your items, reason and shipping method (pre-paid FedEx label or your own carrier** ) and click “Confirm.”
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
- Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

- Alo Yoga does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to email@example.com to submit a new order for your new items.
*Your order number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your ship confirmation email.
